Not only have they been very generous about sharing info on O Ecotextiles (http://designintuit.com/dev/index.php?page=o-ecotextiles#3), but wander around this site a bit and see some great houses and interviews. The crux of the site is sharing great design showhouses across the US. And their blog currently has a great process piece on creating a design showhouse room.
